le creuset enameled cookware was sold with a lifetime free replacement warranty. the agent was schiller and asmus, merchandise mart, chicago. who is the new agent? and is this warranty still being honored?

A life time warranty is tough. Like whos life, my Mothers roof, same deal. When we went to have a new one put on. We were told a life time had expireed, 20yrs. So, good luck. We lost!!!
